To place a wholesale order:
1. Print an order form. fill out your
order on the form.
Price list available under Pricing.
Shipping and Handling will be added to your final invoice.
2. Provide a valid resale tax exemption number.
Fill out a exemption certificate from your state and fax with
your order.

3. Payment Information, fill out a credit
card authorization form and fax it with your order.

TERMS: All initial orders must be prepaid
with money order or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express & Paypal accepted). Orders are generally shipped
within 7-14 business days of receipt.
Orders placed at trade shows generally ship
within 7 – 14 days after the last day of the show. You
will be advised of any delay.
(NOTE: order delays will occur during the
tradeshow months usually in January and June).
Terms

• $30 fee will be charged for returned
checks.
• $20 fee will be charged for past due
payments.
I do not ship COD.
Shipping
Fed Ex, UPS, Continental U.S. Postage. Shipping and handling
will be added to all orders.
Returns
No returns without authorization. Authorized returns subject
to restocking fee. Claims for damaged merchandise must be
made within 5 days of receiving the order.
